Hi I’ve just changed iPhones and want to give my old one to my son but it’s locked to o2 and he’s on a different network - what do I do?

Yes, possibly assuming you are filling in the form correctly.
Give customer services a call to put it through manually http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hi I’ve tried filling in the form but keep getting an error message. I’ve just left o2 to go to another network could this be the problem? Thanks for your help!

Thank you so much everyone for your help. I contacted customer services and it’s now all sorted! The phone is now unlocked and being used by my son.
