I try to unlock my iPhone but is doesn't works sad (something went wrong) and I try to unlock at the shop the staff tell me she can't do it is my phone not work or the server unlock is went down

Edited to add...if this is an iPhone 7plus... O2 aren't unlocking these just yet. (Unless you have paid off your device plan in full)

There was a problem a while back with unlocking iPhones so I wonder if it's the same problem again?
