Hi All, I have a new iphone 7 issued to me from apple after they damaged my old phone while trying to repair it. The new phone is locked to O2. How do i get this unlocked. o2 online says use my O2 online but i cant find where i submit a request to unlock my phone by supplying the IMIE number. thanks David

Update. 

My phone is now unlocked.... yippee. 

After following the advice to contact Emilie, and a few messages back and forth, the problem was eventually resolved with help from the gurus, once I supplied  evidence of where and when I purchased it from Apple. 

 

The level of customer service I received from Emilie was excellent, she's a star. 

 

Thanks to everyone who has commented, I appreciate your time and help.
