Unlock iPhone 5 Pay monthly Upgrade

Hi I have just got iPhone 5 on upgrade (pay monthly 24 months contract). I am just wondering if I can get it unlocked from o2, since I am paymonthly user not pay as you go customer?

Not being unlocked at the moment I'm afraid.

Can I 'unlock' my iPhone and use it on another network?
