Hi, Sometimes when I get calls from unknown callers (local hospital) the calls do not show up on my call log at all, they leave a voicemail and I don't receive it, there's nothing on my phone to show that they've tried to contact me.

Check your phone settings to see if the unknown callers divert is on @Chat3
What type of phone do you have?
