Hi, I recently bought a new iPhone 16 pro from O2. I followed the set up instructions and most of my apps were successfully transferred. However, I cannot set up my emails on the Mail app. I keep getting "imap.virginmedia.com" is not responding. I have checked connections and details as suggested but no luck. The 1OS is 18.2. Since updating to this on my iPad mini, I am getting the same error message. Can anyone help please?

Can you access your VM email normally @Lizziejayneblue?

It's a recurring issue when using O2 data. Does it work OK when on wifi?
