Unable to call one particular number

I am unable to get through to one mobile number, which happens to be my wife's !

We both have Iphones.

 

Until recently we were both with O2 as the carrier on our iphones, however I have now switched to Sky  (which still uses the O2 network) but my wife has stayed with O2. 

 

- I can get through to any other number I try !

- She has not blocked me as a caller !

- Other numbers can call her!

- I can text her ok !

 

Am at a complete loss to fix this.  Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I can't think of anything else other than she has blocked you. 
Double check to be sure.
