Has anyone else had trouble connecting their Apple Watch series 5 to mobile data? I’ve followed the steps online on how to connect it by going to My Watch > Mobile Data > Set Up Mobile Data and it brings to me a separate screen where it loads and I’m then met with “oops something went wrong” screen and told to ring 202 and quote ref code 15.
When I ring this number it doesn’t give me the option or any guidance giving the circumstances of it only being emergency’s only for calls.

Has anyone had this struggle and fixed it or does it need to be left for a day or two to register ?

I bought the watch through My O2 and was given unlimited data for the watch.

Lots of issues with this today.

Maybe wait a day or two for O2 to sort the system out.
