Hi have deleted and reinstalled tu app twice and still not ringing when connected to internet

Did you reboot in between deleting and reinstalling?

I'm assuming normal calls ring and volume turned up etc?

I've just been through all the settings in and out of the app and can't find anything that individually controls the ringtone, volume or if it's on or off, so I'm guessing it maybe something to do with the wifi network you're connected to.
Have you tried on other wifi networks or just one particular one?

Try it in McDonalds or Costa etc and see if it's the same, if you can.
