Trying to Upgrade

Two nights running now I have been trying to use Live Chat to discuss my upgrade and both times I just keep getting a message saying how busy they are

If you can, you are much better off going in store.
It will be much easier in the long run.

Bit of a blessing you couldn't get through in all honesty. Instore for sure!

Certainly over the last few weeks shopping instore is the best way..Even buying through the online shop is causing problems with items showing as in stock ....and actually they aren't slight_frown
