Hi my text messages are not sending. I have tried switching my phone off and on again but they’re still not working. How can I fix this?
Thank you

In the guide it says there should be a pay & go message centre number and a pay monthly message centre number in message settings but this isn’t in my settings

The message centre number is automatically set by the sim card.

You need to correct type for your account, ie, contract or PAYG.

Make sure you have the right sim first. If you've changed from one type of account without a new sim, that will be your problem.

On an iPhone, you also need to switch on "send as sms" in message settings.
