TU Go

Anonymous
Not applicable

I used TU Go with my UK wi-fi setup after switching off Mobile Data and having been assured that I would not be charged.  I have been charged.  Anyone else had the same/similar problem ?

TuGo uses wifi and will fall back to data if the wifi signal weakens. Have you been charged data or for calls not covered by your allowances. You would not be charged data as it would automatically stop once reaching your data allowance limit.

I would think you have been charged for calls. Calls are not free and are used as part of your allowances. Anything not covered such as 0845/0870/international calls would be charged as normal.

What exactly have you been charged for?
Tugo allows you to use your contract allowances the same way as you can on a normal phone and does not provide you free calls to anywhere.
