I signed up for a phone deal and received a call from an O2 employee and they offered me the deal of the 13pro with unlimited data,calls and tests. I received the sim but I am clueless on how and when I will receive the phone. Any knowledge on how to do so will help. Thanks

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
