Hi there just got a second hand iPhone 7 Plus that is locked to o2 , put my o2 sim in from my other phone and o2 network shows in top left hand side, but I can’t unlock the phone. Any ideas. Thanks Martin

Hi @Bimmy 

If the phone you have bought is locked to O2 then your O2 sim should work.
You may need a new sim though, so pop instore and get a new one.

PAYG and contract sims are different.

Where did you buy the phone from?

If O2 is showing the phone is not network locked so I assume you mean you can't unlock the lock screen?

If so, you'll need to contact the previous owner for the pin code and then the phone will need to be completely reset to factory settings including the removal of the previous owners apple ID.
