Morning guys

Hopefully I've started this topic in the right place if not I apologise. Just recently my photos on my IPhone 5 have got a dot on them in the same place. I've tried cleaning the lens but nothing has helped as yet.

Is there a better way than water and a soft cloth to clean the lens. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Ross

Standard warranty is 1 year unless it was a refurbished phone, in which case it is 90 days....

This could be an ongoing issue, as there were reports of this a year ago:

I've got a genius Appt for Wednesday, the lady on the phone has taken my serial number and passed it on to the genius team to show that I contacted them before my warranty ran out
