Siri works well on my wifi at home but when I connect to my work wifi it does not work.  Can anyone advise me of any settings to change?

From the sounds of it, your work has a firewall that is stopping Siri from connecting to Apple's servers. I don't believe there is any settings you can change, apart from disconnecting from your work wifi network and using your phone's 3G cellular network.

Don't suppose your company filters traffic through a proxy do they?
