I text the 202 number from my pay and go sim supplied the number of my new sim and they said it can take up to 24 hours it's now been 3 days

I just followed the sim swap process by text to 20220 I'm sure the messages are generic but it all seems fine as I said it's been 3 days

Sounds like it hasn't been actioned. I would try the form or repeat the text process.

Has the old sim lost service and have you rebooted the phone with the new sim in?
