I had an ipad and an iphone on separate pay monthly contracts with separate sim cards. The ipad device plan ended so I asked to end the airtime plan for the ipad as well. Shortly after requesting that, my iphone started saying no service and no longer has signal.
I am using my sim card from my iphone in somebody elses android phone right now and it is working fine. I have tried doing a sim swap but the sim is still not working in my iphone. I have been into the o2 store on multiple occasions and I have basically been treated like an idiot and as though I have broken my phone. I have not broken my phone, it was working fine and I have had no issues with it in the past. Then suddenly when I asked to cancel my ipad airtime, my iphone sim stopped working in my iphone.
Can anybody please help me? I'm paying over £60 a month and I can't even use my phone

If that is the case the phone is faulty so I'd suggest you take it to an apple store to get it checked.

The phone is not faulty, it was fine until I requested to cancel the ipad sim. It is too much of a coincidence for the phone to break straight after requesting that

*UPDATE* Just found out that the imei of my iphone has been blacklisted! Why would they do that? My imei number is still there in my o2 account online, they are aware that I still have this device and I have never missed a payment of my bill

For some reason they have misunderstood your request and have blocked the phone.
Did you get the phone from O2 or buy it elsewhere? I know you have the sim with O2 but it's not clear if you bought the phone through them.
I'm asking because it's possible the phone is black listed by a 3rd party.
But as said, only customer service can resolve this for you and give you the reason why the phone is IMEI barred.
