My new sim says no service.

Can't receive the texts to activate the sim because the sim won't accept the texts!!

If you have your old sim you can use that, or do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Or if that doesn't work, you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
