Sim Swap PAYG to Contract

Got iPhone4 on O2 payg. Just set up a Simplicity tarriff and after 3 days it's activated.

Does anyone know if the online swapmysim page works with transferring number from payg to contract?

I'm asking because can't get through to CS and fed up listening to that awful music.

Last time I was in the 02 shop they have payg sims and contract sims so check which one you have.

I've just tel customer services and yes the music could be better but I did get through after a few mins.

You could visit an 02 store and they will let you use their in house phone if you want.
