Hi, 

 

Yesterday I ordered my daughter a new sim, on a 12 month contract but I found out last night that her dad has already ordered her one.  I understand that i have a 14 day cooling off period, therefore, could you please let me know how I go about cancelling this?  Thank you.

You will need to contact customer service and return the sim when you receive it http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
