I'm a new customer to 02, I ordered the new iphone 5s 3 days ago and it said I was going through a credit check and would be contacted within 24 hours. I still haven't heard back from 02 and I can't get through to the helpline because the lines are closed with them being that busy! So I don't even know if my iphone has even been ordered yet! Does anyone know what I should do or had a similar problem??
