Setting up Visual Voicemail

Hello, I have a sim only contract on an iPhone 6s and can't seem to find the setting for activating visual voicemail. Anyone know how to go about this?

The only bolt on for data I see is 2GB UK Data for Blackberry 7? slight_frown

If you see no option to change the data bolton ring o2 and get it swapped to iphone data bolton

Okay just to clarify that I'm looking at the right thing.
I go onto the my O2 app on my iphone, click bolt ons, then the 2 I see are "standard rates in europe" and "2gb uk data for blackberry 7" ?

Nevermind, I managed to sort it out on my PC.

I have to wait till next month for the changes to take place though 😞

Ring 202 and ask for the change to be actioned immediately

202 can change it immediately as Adam says and the account will update overnight so you can use it tomorrow.
Your data apn will also need changing to iData.co.uk after the account change.
