Setting up Visual Voicemail

Hello, I have a sim only contract on an iPhone 6s and can't seem to find the setting for activating visual voicemail. Anyone know how to go about this?

Make sure you have Idata active in myo2 and text the word ACTIVE to 2020

Texted active and it says to download iphone o2 postpay but it warns that it's unsigned?

If on an iphone tariff and you have activated voicemail by dialing 1750 it should be on vvm by default.

What are your apn's for mobile data saying ?

Under mobile data the apn is wap.o2.co.uk and under visual voicemail it is idata.o2.co.uk

In your myo2 account, is the data bolt on Idata?

It needs to be for vvm to work

I would check in my o2 what your tariff says for data as on an iphone tariff all will be idata in all the apn's it sounds like you may not be on a compatabile tariff for vvm

How do I view this sorry?

Log into myo2 and click on bolt ons.
Then click data bolt on and it will tell you which data bolt on you have, if it is standard click on "swap data bolt on" and swap for "idata" or "data for iphone"
