I have tried resetting and swtiching off and on again and i have also switched air plane mode on and off again but its still not fixed.

Any help would be grateful!

You are best doing a full restore then to ensure that it is not a handware issue.

If no look with that then maybe you should make an appointment at an Apple store.

Hello @Anonymous  and welcome to the community.

Have you tried a hard reset of the phone? Holding the home and top button until the Apple logo appears?

Have you checked the status of the service in your area?

Many places are having issues with their connection due to O2 doing work on the masts nearby.

Have you reset the network settings?

Another solution would be to back up your phone and restore it to new.

At what point did you cancel the update?  The download or install stage?

Is it related to this?

Turning 'Airplane mode' and off a few times solved this for me. Give it a go slight_smile
