STILL no sim swap success

It's been since Saturday morning now!!! I saw a message on another post saying the back log has been cleared?

They've stopped my old sim but not activated my new one.

I did the sim swap on Saturday which became live last night at around 6pm. Funnily enough not long after ringing CS to ensure I was still in the processing stage.

You need to contact customer service if you are still not connected. It's feasible a few sim provisions could have gone astray given all the problems.

 

You have rebooted the phone?
