I have a new iphone11 and it is set up and working perfectly apart from the fact I cannot send or receive SMS messages. I have followed various advice from the help page but to no avail!

Did you do a sim swap too?

It can take up to 24 hours for all services to come online if you have.

Keep rebooting to help it along.

Thanks, I did swap sim too so I will wait and see what happens tomorrow....

Turn off and on every hour @Liz44 and should come online soon.
