SIM card new phone

Ordered new iPhone  no SIM card. Does the new phone come with one. Is it delivered separately. If not how do I get one. Thanks

If you have no sim card, the best thing is to pop into your local O2 store and get one...taking the phone and ID with you, or you could phone customer services and ask them to send you one https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Edited to add:If your previous phone was an iPhone and this is replacing it, you could put that sim in the new one ?

There shouldn't be any problems in store as long as you can prove you are the account holder or you could ask customer service to post one out to the registered address. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

So to get a new sim you can ring customer services or pop instore as mentioned above.
