Hi I have just updated my phone through O2 to an iPhone 6. Should I have a new SIM card or do I transfer the one from my old phone? How do I switch everything from my old phone to the new one? Grateful for any help. Thankd

If it's an upgrade you just use your old sim card.
iPhone to iPhone, you need to backup to iTunes from your old phone and restore the backup to the new phone.
