I am a business customer and have always had access to roaming data. I came to France three days ago and I am told I do not have any data access. Why has my contract changed ? Is it because I have bought a new phone? This should not make any difference to my contract!
i have tried to get on line to 'speak with a guru' and it has been impossible. I have access to wifi at the moment but urgently need roaming data because of moving around.
This whole thing is SO frustrating
