Hi,

i sent an apple pen back to the returns centre. Got an email back from them saying "we received your return but we need your credit card information to process the refund"

i don't want to send my details on email as it could get hacked. And have tried talking with customer service, but can't get through to a real person.

please help as i don't know what to do.

thanks

They return the payment to the method used to pay in this case your credit card.

Try any number to get through and press any option given

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
