Resotoring data access for late bill payment

Hi,

 

I was late in paying my bill, but my data roaming has still not been turned on.

 

When will this happen as I need it now!!!!

Once you have paid your bill you will usually have normal service within 24 hours, however where roaming is concerned you may need to contact them where they can ask you for a deposit to cover any potential roaming charges (as they will need to be sure you can pay them)

Normally once the payment has cleared the system updates at midnight. Other than that you can try calling to see if customer service will do it manually.
