My wife dropped her phone in water and needs a replacement SIM card. Her number is xxxxxxxxxxxx. Can you help? I’m also with 02 and my number is xxxxxxxxxxxx.

Please remove your phone numbers

Best option to get a new sim would be your nearest O2 store who will swap her number over

Getting through customer service is an option if you report the sim lost because otherwise they need to send a text for a sim swap which you are not able to proceed

@Anonymous This is a public forum. You've posted your phone numbers to the world. If you want to avoid getting spammed or scammed I suggest you remove them. Go to the down facing arrow above the date and time in your post and click Edit Reply to remove the numbers.

If you go in store, as @jonsie has suggested, be sure to bring photo ID to get your new sim.
