I still have the o2 number showing on my iPhone but it won't connect as it has expired. How can I re activate and top up?

Good morning @Anonymous. Contact customer services who should be able to re-activate the sim. You should then be able to top-up at any o2 shop or any shop that offers phone top-ups. I know many supermarkets used to offer this service though it's been some years since I had to top-up a phone.

It depends how long since it was turned off.
If too long it will be lost as the numbers are recycled.
Call customer service for them to check

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
