Problems receiving calls from EE phones and getting voicemails

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have had a couple of issues with my iPhone 6s recently, i was just wondering if anyone has had the same problems:

1) I cannot receive calls from any EE number, I was advised to reset the network settings and this worked tempoararily but now the same issue has come back again.

2) I am not receiving any voicemails and the visual voicemail just says "no voicemail" with no option to change this.

o2 did send me a new sim card but this hasnt worked either.

Has anyonme else had the same problems, or can anyone advise.

Any help would be really helpful.

Thanks

Your vvm issue may be due to the wrong data package on your account.
Customer service needs to check you are on iData and not a default plan.
Your calling issue also needs to be escalated to tech support by CS.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you for your advise, i have had the same plan for over a year now, why would it suddenly change?

Just spent over half an hour on the phone to customer service and the guy i spoke to was possibly the least helpful man i have ever spoken to.  He advised me to call EE and ask them if they are blocking calls to my number??!!!

What is CS?

Thank you!

@Anonymous  CS is customer service. If you're not having any luck with O2, maybe you should contact EE. It can't hurt. I would also suggest you make an appointment at an Apple store. Maybe a guru there can help you.

Hi there, ive just logged on to this as we are having the exact same issue as you. My husband was previously with EE, he went with O2 last year and since noticed a decline in calls specifically from EE customers, but not all of them, some get through, others get a dead line when calling him. I was wandering if you had resolved the issue and what you had to do?

We have been on to O2 to EE, to a higher level complaints teams and they say there is no issue!!!

This is a business line too, so you can imagine how bad this is for business!!!

look forward to hearing back from you!

Only customer services can fix this for you @Anonymous

If they can't or won't you need to escalate to complaints.
