Printing old bills

Can anyone advise how to find & print old bills? Have spent hours checking the O2 site but no info found on how to access old bills?

Yes it can be quite fiddly to find...this is how I do it... Go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

* For Backdated Bills

View your latest bill in My O2

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

That will bring up the old style web page

Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.

Click on 'what I've used'

Click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill

(Once you get into the section To view and print older bills...you can do pretty much anything)

Edited to add...this will only be for the last 6 months.....

• View your latest bill in My O2
• Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
• That will bring up the old style web page
• Then simply use the drop down box for older bills. You can go back 18 months.
