yes i got exacttly the same £15 charge for Premium & information services for the past 3 months June/july/august and i phoned up and repotred it and there was a block put on that number.
I never suscribed to any such number
My question is why (rather than wait for compleints) do O2 not automitically black such numbers and then make it an opt in for any customers who wish to use them
So i have basically paid aboout an extra 50 quid and O2 inform me that they cannot refund me but it will be credited to my account....which ihas not yet been done

You need to call me company directly. Sorry but the harsh truth is that it is the customer responsibility. You can find the number to call using http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk
