I have charged for using this Premium & Information service in July and August
I have NEVER subscribed to this service and I request O2 to refund these charges to me

The key piece of info is that it is your responsibility to stop these charges, not O2's

You need to refer to PhonePayPlus with the short code the texts are coming from.
