You, as a customer, cannot contact them directly. All you can do is contact CS and ask them to chase it or get someone to call you.

As we all know how O2 don't give a damn and have a could care less attitude with porting issues, I personally believe EE.

I've no comment to make as they are all as bad as each other generally speaking.
None of it helps the customer though, I appreciate.

...totally agree @jonsie - my contact at EE has been keeping me updated all  the way so I see no reason for him to lie.

 

EE Porting Team have now fired off THREE emails to O2 about this, without a single response.............
