I can't seem to send pictures from my iphone 4 on iOS 7. When you try it send it the bar goes about 9/10th of the full way but it just seems to stick. You don't get an error message it just stays there.

Make sure you have Mobile data activated.

Check through the settings below and try the reset options described.

Good Morning The Falcon,

Please go into ;

Settings > Messages and check MMS Messaging is toggled on.

Also speak to O2 Customer Services to ensure your account is provisioned for MMS Messaging. If they say it is then ask them to reset your account anyway.

Contract Customer : 202

Payg Customer       : 4445

Please take into account MMS is not included in your tariff allowances and comes at a cost of £0.35p per message for a contract user ,or £0.25p for a Payg user.

Bolt on's can be purchased that come with a package of 50 mms messages for £5.11 ,which lasts for a month.

Thanks guys.

I have reset the network and checked these settings. The only difference is the MMS Proxy which is at 82.132.254.1:8080 This is what it is set at after the recent network update. If I set it to 193.113.200.195:8080 it doesn't work either.

Is the fact I can't send iMessages either related?

Apple have confirmed their is a problem for some iOS 7 adopters and are hopefully going to address this in their next patch.

Help link.

I don't have a problem activating either of them so I don't think it is an Apple problem more an O2 one.

Hey,

Occasionally these things actually resolve themselves.

As said usually a reset / provision of your account cures these types of issues.

Hope things settle for you.
