I'm looking to upgrade from an iPhone 11 to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, however I want to keep my current SIM deal and just buy the phone. Is it possible to convert my physical SIM card from the iPhone 11 into an eSIM on the new phone?

Yes you can.

It can be done through MyO2

When ready remove your physical SIM from the iPhone 11 and then on the 15

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
