Phone will not accept calls

Can someone help as I cannot get through to O2 as they wont tell me what the security question is - so cannot get past the answer machine - pathetic.

My phone will not take calls - I have 18 missed calls in the last 24 hours - and my phone has not rung. I try ringing myself and it goes straight to voicemail

It can't unless you have set a scheduled time for it to turn on?
Settings >Do not disturb >Scheduled

You can also change your security question in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
