Phone upgrade

I have placed an upset and upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 12 pro in blue. I have still not received an update about when this will be back in stock or delivered. Could someone please respond as I have tried to get in contact multiple times even wasting journeys to store to get help.

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I would just like my new phone as soon as possible so could you either inform me as to when it would be back in stock and delivered or if I could change the colour to receive it earlier. Thank you
