Phone not working.

My phone don't let me make outgoing calls, just keeps saying called failed?

Could you give us a bit more information about your phone.. make etc. How long have you had this problem?

Any other issues other than making calls?

Is the handset displaying signal?

Firstly, thrying taking the battery and sim out of handset and the putting back together. When you restart the handset it will re-register the sim to the network.

Also, make sure you have Airplane mode turned off.
