HI

 

I ordered an IPhone XR like new blue 256gb last Wednesday night as a back up phone, which i paid an up front charge for, received an order number and a new phone number-great.  To date the phone has not been delivered, and i have not received any email or text message saying the phone has been sent out to me.  

 

I have checked my account and no details of this order have been added, and the number is not reconsided either?

 

Can anyone tell me if this is the normal with a like new phone, wish i had not bought it now.

You'll get an email when the phone is dispatched with your tracking details.

iPhones are out of stock due to delivery issues from China so hang on for more to arrive.
