Solved: Phone delay

I’ve just paid £173 for an early ungrade as my screen is broken on my current phone and Iv had an email to say it’s out of stock, it did not say this when I placed my order, it stated 2-3 days wait. Can you give me any information on how long it will take for my new phone to come. Thanks
