Phone calls cut off after 4 hours

Does anyone have a clue as to why my phone calls cut off after 4 hours as i’ve googled it and it might be because of my carrier having a limit. Now does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

It's a known problem with O2, it usually cuts off after an hour so four hours is quite good
