I'm a PM customer with an iPhone 5, my contract allows me 2GB of data to use with 3G, however I can't seem to set-up a personal hotspot as when I do, all it does it direct me to this URL:
o2.co.uk/iphonehelp/modem
And it does not help at all, I was wondering if someone could explain this to me.

What apns is the iphone using?
Have you discussed this directly with o2?

When turning it on, it isn't a slide as many people have said it is, it's just a button.
