Hi I paid my bill about 2 hours ago (late) on the automated service. How long will it take for my phone to work again

If you're lucky it might activate around midnight when the system refreshes.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Community.

In order to avoid these issues we do recommend paying by direct debit. If your due date doesn't meet your needs o2 are normally fairly accommodating in finding a pay date more suitable to your needs.

Whilst it won't help with today's problem it should help to make life easier in the future for you. 😀
