Pay for Internet! Doesn't work!!!

I pay for 4G Internet but whenever I get the 3G or 4G it never works, I have an iPhone 5 and it says I'm not subscribed to a cellular network, I look at my usage and it still says I have it all to use! HELP

Your data plan is wrong on your account.
Call CS and ask them to put you on data for iPhone.
In the meantime you can change your apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" but remember to change it back to "iData" when CS change your account over.

Is your mobile data switched on?

Are you contract or pay as you go?

If on contract you need your data changed to idata you can do that by calling cs on 202

If pay as you go then you will need the apn which should be mobile.o2.co.uk or you can call the payg team on 4445

3G will work with the correct apn though.
